Your Mission
You will expand our existing social media presence on LinkedIn and Instagram to generate real business opportunities.
No «let's just post something"—instead:

👉 measurable impact (leads, reach, conversations)
Your Responsibilities
Content & Execution
- Planning and managing a clear content plan
- Adapting existing content (blog, case studies, events) into social media content
- Writing and publishing LinkedIn posts (primarily) and selected Instagram content in collaboration with our Ukrainian team assistant
- Setting up a newsletter channel
- Creation/editing of simple videos (e.g., founder content, snippets)
Strategy & Positioning
- Developing a clear social media strategy (B2B, DACH)
- Building and developing:
- Personal brand (for the founder, building thought leadership)
- Company brand
- Development of content formats (e.g., AI Insights, Nearshoring Learnings, Case Studies)
Growth & Performance
- Lead generation via existing social media channels
- Campaign development and execution
- Use of lead tracking tools
- Continuous optimization based on performance
- Several years of experience in B2B social media / content marketing
- Proven results (e.g., reach, leads, growth)
- Strong understanding of:
- LinkedIn as a channel
- B2B communication
- Tech / IT / AI topics
- Ideally, experience with:
- Nearshoring, IT services, and AI
- Founder brand building
- Content that actually sells—not just «looks good»
Skills
- Excellent German (C1 / Native)
- Very good English (for coordination within an international team)
- Proficient in using:
- Social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram)
- Content creation (text, images, simple video formats)
- Tools: Canva, HubSpot, WordPress
- AI tools (LLMs, Midjourney, NotebookLM, etc.)
- Nice to have:
- Campaign automation (e.g., n8n)
- Campaign management via HubSpot
- Figma
- Affinity
Work style

- You don’t think in terms of posts, but in terms of impact
- You can achieve a lot with minimal coordination
- You contribute your own ideas and put them into practice
