We are an international FMCG company headquartered in Tallinn. We create and promote our own brand in the Next Gen Products segment (alternative consumer products). Our product belongs to the premium segment and has already won the trust of distributors across Europe. But we are not stopping there. Our goal for 2026 is to scale sales by 200%+ and become the #1 brand in our niche.
We operate in a highly competitive market with strict advertising restrictions. This is not a «boring office job.» This is a place for those who know how to find non-standard paths, build bold strategies, and see their results in profit figures, not just in reports.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a Go-to-Market strategy for the online channel (Pan-European focus).
- Find and test non-standard traffic sources (SEO, Affiliate networks, Influencer marketing, Email marketing, Community management).
- Create technical briefs, source, and control external specialists (web developers, SEO specialists, designers).
- Positioning as a premium product. Manage online brand reputation.
- Build end-to-end analytics, track ROI for each channel, and report directly to the CEO and Commercial Director.
Our Ideal Candidate:
- 3+ years of successful experience in marketing.
- Experience in «complex» or regulated niches (Tobacco, Vaping, Alcohol, Gambling, Betting, Crypto, CBD) — you know how to promote a product that «cannot be advertised» through standard channels.
- Deep understanding of SEO, CPA networks, and Influencer marketing.
- You can work from our office in Tallinn OR remotely from anywhere in the world (with a requirement to visit the HQ once a month for face-to-face strategy sessions).
- English at a working level (B2-C1)
- Focused on numbers and sales growth, not just on «reach» and «likes.»
