We’re expanding our Expedite Dispatch Team and looking for experienced, motivated, and responsible people who want long-term growth in logistics.

📌 What You Will Do

• Finding and booking loads (Expedite / DAT 360)
• Planning and coordinating driver routes
• Daily communication with drivers via calls, SMS, email
• Negotiating with brokers & building trust
• Adjusting trips based on driver needs & market conditions
• Micro-planning weekly goals and load strategies
• Maintaining clear, punctual, and accurate communication

🧠 What We Expect From You

• 2+ years of experience in Dispatch / Logistics
• English level — Fluent/Upper-Intermediate+ (Spanish is a big plus)
• Experience with Sylectus, RingCentral, DAT (nice-to-have)
• Strong analytical & negotiation skills
• Ability to manage multiple drivers and routes simultaneously
