Market Research Analyst (Middle/Senior) Czech Republic (Prague) | Hybrid / Office | Open to candidates across Europe

PEPPER DECOR is looking for a Market Research Analyst who will help evaluate business hypotheses and support decision-making on launching new products and business directions.

We are looking not just for someone who gathers information, but for a specialist who delivers clear business answers: «enter / do not enter / under what conditions it makes sense.»

You will work directly with the CEO and influence strategic decisions.

Responsibilities

• Market analysis (demand, market size, trends)

• Competitor analysis (products, pricing, positioning)

• Market data collection (suppliers, commercial offers, open sources)

• Evaluation of business case economics (pricing, margins, entry barriers)

• Preparation of structured insights and recommendations

• Presentation of findings to the CEO

• Attending industry exhibitions and meetings with partners • Monitoring new opportunities

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in market or business analytics

• Strong proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets

• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills

• Ability to structure information and draw clear conclusions

• English level: B2-C1

Nice to have

• Experience in manufacturing / B2B / B2C

• SQL, Power Query, Power BI

• Experience with tools such as Google Trends and LinkedIn

Working Conditions

• Full-time, 40 hours per week

• Flexible start of the working day (08:00—09:00)

• Hybrid or office-based (Prague)

• For candidates based in Europe: minimum 1 week per month in the office

• Probation period: 4 months

• Official employment in the Czech Republic
