Опис вакансії

Experience & Industry Knowledge:

Minimum 2 years of experience in full truckload (FTL) freight brokerage
Strong understanding of truckload operations, carrier management, and load lifecycle

Core Responsibilities:

Posting loads on DAT load board
Sourcing and calling carriers to cover loads
Negotiating rates and securing capacity
Following up on booked loads to ensure on-time pickup and delivery
Tracking shipments and proactively resolving issues
Communicating updates clearly and professionally with customers

Skills & Qualifications:

Excellent command of the English language (both written and verbal)
Strong communication skills
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
Comfortable working in a fast-paced logistics environment

Additional Notes:

Prior experience working remotely or in an offshore support role
Familiarity with freight brokerage systems and tools in the U.S.
