About the Role

• Support recruitment for North America staffing (blue-collar roles)
• Conduct calls, emails, candidate screening, interviewing, and decision-making
• Take notes, maintain transcripts, and use templates
• Work with modern recruiting tools and AI

Experience with these tools is a plus

LinkedIn, Indeed, VOIP systems (calling US candidates), Brevo, Monday.com, CRM systems, Notion, Google Sheets, JazzHR

Responsibilities

• Contact candidates via LinkedIn, Indeed, and other platforms
• Respond quickly to calls, messages, emails, and applications
• Source, screen, and interview candidates (phone / Google Meet)
• Collect required documents and maintain accurate candidate records
• Build and manage databases for current and future hiring needs
• Send follow-ups and manage bulk outreach campaigns
• Use AI tools and automation to improve efficiency and results

Requirements

• Fluent English (minimal accent)
• Strong professional communication skills
• Comfortable speaking with native English speakers
• Laptop, phone, and fast, stable internet
• Results-oriented and competitive mindset
• Strong decision-making ability
• Strong self-management and time management skills
• Ability to take ownership and follow tasks through to completion
• Not afraid to ask questions — and retain the answers
• Adaptable in a fast-changing environment
• Proactive, self-starter attitude
• Open to automation, AI tools, and process improvement
• Eager to grow and develop long-term

Work Conditions

• Home office-based
• Full-time (8 hours/day, aligned with US hours depending on project)
