Data Analyst, BI Developer (Supply Chain, Demand Forecasting)

QA Madness is a European IT service company focusing strongly on QA and cybersecurity. The company was founded in 2013 and is headquartered in Poland. Currently, we are searching for an experienced Data Analyst / BI Developer (Supply Chain & Demand Forecasting) to join our team and to build a system from scratch.

Key Responsibilities:

• Extracting, cleaning, and normalizing data from 1C (sales, inventory, reference data)
• Building demand forecasting models at the SKU level (considering seasonality, promotions, stockouts)
• Calculating procurement needs (MOQ, packaging multiples, bonus conditions, safety stock)
• Developing analytical dashboards in Power BI for logistics and business teams
• Launching the solution into production and further scaling/improving it Tech Stack: Python (pandas, Prophet / statsmodels, scikit-learn) Power BI, Power Query SQL Experience with 1C or other ERP systems

Nice to Have:

• Experience in supply chain/distribution/retail
• Knowledge of demand forecasting methods (ABC analysis, exponential smoothing, Croston)
• Experience working with large catalogs (5,000+ SKUs)
