An international company — a recognized player in the field of laboratory diagnostics and medical equipment — is looking for a results-driven Key Account Manager (IVD) to strengthen its commercial presence and drive business growth in Ukraine.

This role is focused on developing strategic partnerships with key healthcare institutions and laboratories, expanding market share, and representing an innovative IVD product portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

  • Drive sales of an innovative IVD product portfolio, focusing on key laboratory and healthcare institution clients
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve and exceed sales targets
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities to support market expansion

Account Management

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients
  • Act as the primary point of contact, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Develop a deep understanding of client needs and align solutions accordingly

Market Intelligence

  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities
  • Collect and analyze customer feedback and clinical insights to support business and product development

Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Collaborate with global product and R&D teams, contributing to future product improvements and innovations

Field Work & Client Engagement

  • Travel extensively across Ukraine to meet clients, provide on-site support, and deliver product presentations
  • Represent the company at meetings and industry interactions, strengthening brand presence

Requirements

  • 3+ years of successful sales experience in the IVD field
  • Experience working with medical equipment manufacturers or distributors is highly preferred
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Strategic and analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions
  • Proactive, self-driven, and well-organized professional
  • Willingness to travel frequently within Ukraine
  • English — Intermediate level or higher (for internal communication and reporting)
