Mid-Level Designer (iGaming)

About Us

We are a new iGaming brand founded by industry professionals with a strong track record of successfully launching and scaling gaming projects. Our team brings years of experience in building engaging products, effective marketing strategies, and high-performing brands in the iGaming space. We are now looking for a Mid-Level Designer to join our team and help shape the visual side of our growing brand.

Role Summary

The Mid-Level Designer will be responsible for developing and maintaining the visual identity across CRM, lifecycle, and marketing channels. This role focuses on creating engaging creative assets that drive player engagement and conversion, while ensuring brand consistency across all marketing touchpoints. You will support CRM campaigns, affiliate marketing activities, and broader marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Design promotional banners and marketing creatives
• Create visuals for CRM campaigns and promotional activities
• Produce creative assets for affiliate marketing channels
• Maintain and organize vector brand assets and iconography (.svg and .ai formats)
• Prepare occasional print-ready materials (roll-ups, flyers, merchandise)

Core Skills

• Advanced Photoshop skills (compositing and asset creation)
• Strong vector design and asset management experience
• Understanding of casino promotional visual language (bonuses, free spins, urgency messaging)

Additional Preferred Skills

• Experience with AI-based image or video generation tools
• Motion design skills (After Effects or similar)
• UI/UX experience using Figma

Required Experience

• Experience in digital marketing design
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
• Experience with gaming or entertainment brands

Recruitment Process

Our recruitment process consists of three stages:

1. Test task — candidates will complete a short design assignment.
2. HR interview — a conversation with our HR team to get to know you better.
3. Interview with the Head of Design — a final discussion about your experience, skills, and fit within the team.
