• Our working hours are set from 3 PM to 1 AM on a 4/4 schedule (with office hours from 3 PM to 9 PM, then remote work until 1 AM).

Your Role:

• Communicate with drivers and carriers to ensure that goods are picked up and delivered promptly.
• Monitor shipment progress and update customers as required.
• Resolve any issues or delays that may occur during the shipping process.
• Keep accurate records of shipments, including tracking information and delivery status.
• Work with other departments to optimize routing and enhance efficiency.

• Knowledge of English at the Upper-Intermediate level.
• Analytical flexible thinking.
