Virtual assistant (E-commerce)

We run a fast-growing dropshipping business and are looking for a highly skilled, committed, and proactive team member to help scale operations.

This is a fully remote role with opportunities for growth, hands-on learning, and increased responsibility. You’ll work directly with the director and have the chance to make a real impact in a business that’s expanding fast.

WHAT YOU’LL DO (IMMEDIATE RESPONSIBILITIES)

• Order fulfillment through our supplier platform
• Customer support (responding to emails and messages with templates and Google Translate)
• Email marketing (use Chatgpt to create email campaigns and send them out with Klaviyo)

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

• Conversational in English
• High attention to detail — Catch mistakes before they become problems
• Comfortable with Google Docs and Spreadsheets — Data entry and working with formulas
• Fast learner — Able to pick up new tools quickly (Shopify, Slack, Trello, Facebook Ads)
• Self-motivated and proactive — Ask questions, stay organized, and take initiative
• Availability — Work around 09:00 till 17:00 CET to overlap with the team
