AMS Pilot is not just a marketing agency — we are a team of professionals who help sellers on Amazon and TikTok Shop increase profits and scale their businesses. We don’t promise «magic»; we deliver real results by working with brands from the USA, the UK, Europe, and Ukraine.

We are looking for a high-energy Lead Generation Manager who specializes in Upwork and understands the inner workings of Amazon agencies. Your primary goal will be to identify sellers looking to scale and open the door for our expertise.

Our Expectations (Must-have):

  • Experience in the Amazon Niche: You understand who Amazon sellers are, their business models, and their pain points (PPC, analytics, unit economics).
  • Upwork Expertise: Proven ability to find relevant projects, write «hook» Cover Letters, and win contracts.
  • Outreach Experience: You know how to reach out to Amazon brands via LinkedIn, Facebook, and other outbound channels.
  • English Proficiency: B2-C1 level (fluent professional correspondence).
  • 1+ years of experience specifically within service agencies or related projects.

Would be a plus:

  • Skills with Sales Navigator, Snov.io, Lemlist, and other automation tools.
  • Understanding of TikTok Shop specifics.
  • Basic copywriting skills for outreach campaigns and case study preparation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Upwork Hunting: Daily monitoring, job applications, and invitation management.
  • Lead Sourcing: Managing lead generation channels (LinkedIn, cold outreach, referrals, TG/FB groups).
  • Appointment Setting: Qualifying leads and scheduling meetings for the Sales team.
  • CRM & Reporting: Maintaining the lead database, analyzing lead quality, and meeting KPI targets.
  • Event Support: Assisting in the preparation of webinars and conferences to drive traffic.
