Requirements :

  • English level B2 (mandatory)
  • Administrative and operational support experience
  • Reporting and data management skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Experience with CRM systems and Slack
  • Ability to write instructions and procedures
  • Experience with Google reviews and Google Business Profile
  • Experience with Yelp (content and updates)
  • Ability to manage Google accounts
  • Quick learner of company processes Good organization and attention to detail

For work, you will need: computer / laptop, headset, good internetWorking hours : 8am — 5 pm (Denver time)

Resposibilities:

  • Performing personal and operational tasks for the manager
  • Preparing and maintaining reports
  • Communicating with other departments (calls, information clarification)
  • Working with a CRM system
  • Communication via Slack
  • Writing instructions and procedures
  • Managing and responding to company reviews on Google
  • Creating, updating, and managing the Google Business Profile (Google Maps/ Google Points)
  • Working with Yelp (photos, texts, information updates)
  • Creating and managing new Google accounts
  • Learning and understanding all company processes
