Ukrainian-English Translator, Interpretor

Atlas Advisors, LLC is seeking experienced Linguists to provide translation and interpretation services between English and Ukrainian in support of the Government of Canada in Latvia. Linguists will work as part of multinational and government teams in complex, mission-oriented environments.

Responsibilities:

• Written and oral translation between English and Ukrainian.
• Supporting teams during meetings, briefings, and operational activities.
• Translation of technical, government and administrative documents with accuracy and confidentiality.
• Preparation of reports and language support materials.

Qualifications and requirements:

• Citizenship of the EU, USA, Canada or Ukraine
• Clean police record
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role (for seniors — experience in leading a team)
• Proficiency in English and Ukrainian CEFR C1 / ILR 3
• Physically able to work in operational conditions and willing to travel
