Legal Core is a legal support company providing virtual staffing solutions for law firms. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a young, energetic, and initiative-driven SMM Manager who is ready to bring fresh ideas, build a strong online presence, and actively contribute to the company’s development.

This role is ideal for someone who is creative, proactive, highly engaged with social media trends, and eager to grow within an international company. We are looking for a person who does not wait for instructions, but takes ownership, suggests ideas, and turns them into results.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement social media strategies for LinkedIn and Meta (Facebook/Instagram)
• Create, plan, and publish engaging content, including posts, short-form videos, and visuals
• Manage the content calendar and maintain a consistent brand voice
• Engage with the audience through comments, messages, and professional communication
• Generate leads through social media activity and outreach
• Monitor social media trends and suggest fresh content ideas
• Analyze performance metrics and adjust strategy to improve results

Requirements:

• Experience as an SMM Manager or in a similar role
• Strong knowledge of LinkedIn and Meta platforms
• Experience with TikTok or Instagram Reels will be a strong advantage
• Ability to create engaging, audience-focused, and value-driven content
• Strong communication skills and a proactive mindset
• English level B2 or higher
• Analytical thinking and understanding of social media performance metrics
• High level of initiative, energy, creativity, and willingness to grow
