Right now, we are launching a new startup project within the group and building a strong core team from scratch. This is a unique opportunity to join at an early stage and directly influence how systems, infrastructure and processes are built.

About the role

We are looking for a Junior/Middle System Administrator to join our Warsaw office.

This role combines:

• hands-on IT support
• and partial involvement in understanding and structuring internal technical needs

Great fit for someone who wants to grow beyond basic support.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site IT support
• Resolve issues with devices, Wi-Fi, email, OS
• Support office infrastructure
• Help employees with technical problems
• Communicate with internal users
• Translate requests into structured technical tasks

Requirements

• Experience in IT support or sysadmin (junior/middle)
• Hands-on troubleshooting skills
• Strong communication
• Growth mindset
• Flexibility and adaptability

Preferred

• Based in Warsaw
• Legal ability to work in Poland (PESEL is a plus)
• Proactive and energetic personality
