Operations manager

We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to ensure smooth operational workflows across all departments and maintain high-quality client delivery.

This is a coordination role for a professional who can combine strong organizational skills, process thinking, and operational control to eliminate chaos, improve efficiency, and scale internal systems.

You will act as a central operational hub, aligning Account Managers, specialists, and departments to ensure tasks are executed on time, responsibilities are clear, and communication is structured.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate workflows across SEO, PPC, SMM, Design, and Web teams
• Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of all client-related tasks Manage priorities, deadlines, and task ownership across departments
• Build and optimize operational processes, SOPs, and workflows
• Identify risks, bottlenecks, and improve execution efficiency
• Support Account Managers and participate in client communication when needed

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in operations, project management in cross-functional marketing teams
• Strong spoken and written English C2
• Strong organizational and coordination skills
• Process-oriented mindset and system thinking
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• High level of responsibility and attention to detail
