Supplier Communications Manager Remote, part-time

A small family-owned e-commerce company is looking for a specialist to communicate with potential suppliers and brands in international markets. We have a simple and transparent working format without excessive corporate bureaucracy or rigid metrics.

Work format: remote, part-time. Start time is 4:00 PM Kyiv time or later, for communication with brands from the United States.

Responsibilities:

• handling phone calls and business correspondence in English;
• communicating with potential suppliers from our database;
• maintaining and updating contact databases and negotiation status records in spreadsheets;
• opening dealer accounts with new suppliers and negotiating cooperation terms;
• handling incoming calls will be an advantage.

Requirements:

• English level not lower than B2, both spoken and written;
• ability to communicate professionally and negotiate effectively;
• skills in handling objections and achieving assigned goals;
• responsibility, organization, and a results-oriented approach;
• confident computer skills, including Google Sheets;
• having a work device (PC or laptop) and a phone, stable internet, and the ability to work uninterrupted during power outages;
• readiness to work in the second half of the day.

Conditions:

• remote work, part-time, around 4 hours per day;
• flexible schedule with main activity in the second half of the day or closer to the evening;
• clear performance indicators based on the number of contacts and results;
