Dispatch Coordinator (US Trucking)

We’re looking for someone who keeps operations moving. If you like structure, fast pace, and being in the center of logistics operations — this role is for you.

What you’ll actually do:

• Support dispatch operations for a fleet of 20+ trucks
• Stay in constant communication with brokers (updates, docs, detention, TONU, etc.)
• Build and manage loads in TMS — accuracy matters here
• Monitor shipments and react quickly to any changes
• Coordinate between drivers, dispatchers, and internal teams
• Make sure all paperwork (BOLs, PODs, etc.) is submittedon time, every time

What we’re looking for:

• Experience in trucking/logistics (dispatch, tracking, operations preferred)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with operational data
• Experience with TMS systems and load tracking tools is a plus
• English communication skills at B1+ level
• Organized, independent, and able to handle multiple tasks

Work Conditions:

• Remote, full-time I US schedule: 6AM — 4PM CST
• Reliable internet connection and personal computer required
• Ongoing training and support provided by the Dispatch Manager
