Account Manager (Client Retention, Growth)

HomeClean is a premium residential cleaning company serving private clients across South Florida. We focus on long-term client relationships, consistent service quality, and measurable growth. You are not just booking jobs. Your goal — turn one-time clients into recurring, long-term, high-value clients.The work schedule is 10:00 AM — 6:00 PM (U.S. time). Days off: Sunday and Monday

What will you do:

• Maintain consistent communication via calls, SMS, and email: follow up with every new and existing client, next booking date, status (new / repeat / recurring)
• Secure second booking within 30−60 days, convert clients into recurring

• Keep pipeline organized and up to date daily

• Collect reviews after completed services
• Address any issues quickly, communicate client feedback to operations team

• Generate the referral client pipeline

• Coordinate with Scheduling Manager to: match clients with the right cleaners, prioritize high-value clients
• Report recurring issues affecting client satisfaction

Requirements

• Experience in customer service, account management, or sales
• Strong communication skills (calls, text, email)
• Ability to communicate in English easily
• Experience working with CRM systems
• Ability to follow structured processes
• Basic understanding of business metrics (retention, repeat clients)

• Second booking rate (30−60 days)
• Recurring service conversion rate
• Repeat booking rate
• 90-day retention
• Review generation
• Referral activity

Compensation

• Base: $2,000 / month
• Performance: $1,000 — $3,000+
• Total: $3,000 — $5,000+

Compensation is tied to:

• Repeat bookings
• Recurring clients
• Retention performance

Additional:

• Quarterly bonuses
• Yearly performance bonus
