The Marketing Manager is responsible for leading the planning, execution, and optimization of integrated marketing strategies across digital and traditional channels. This role oversees website management, social media, SEO, digital marketing, and analytics to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth.
Marketing Strategy & Leadership
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with organizational goals
- Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns, including digital, print, events, and partnerships
- Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities
- Manage marketing budgets and ensure effective allocation of resources to maximize ROI
Website & Digital Experience Management
- Oversee website strategy, performance, and optimization to ensure seamless user experience and high conversion rates
- Collaborate with developers and designers to enhance functionality, UX/UI, and overall site performance
- Ensure accuracy, relevance, and consistency of all website content
- Continuously optimize landing pages and digital customer journeys to improve engagement and lead generation
SEO & Content Marketing
- Develop and implement SEO strategies to increase organic visibility, traffic, and search rankings
- Conduct keyword research and oversee on-page and off-page optimization efforts
- Lead content strategy and development, including blogs, landing pages, and web copy
- Monitor performance and refine strategies based on analytics and search trends
Social Media Management
- Lead social media strategy across all platforms to drive brand awareness, engagement, and growth
- Oversee content planning, creation, and publishing aligned with campaigns and brand voice
- Manage both organic and paid social initiatives, including audience targeting and budget allocation
- Monitor audience engagement, respond to feedback, and manage online reputation
- Track and optimize performance metrics to continuously improve reach and engagement
Digital Marketing & Paid Media
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid digital campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, and other platforms)
- Oversee media planning, buying, and performance optimization to ensure campaign effectiveness
- Lead email marketing initiatives, including segmentation, automation, and lifecycle campaigns
- Implement retargeting and audience strategies to improve conversion and customer acquisition
Analytics & Performance Tracking
- Track, analyze, and report on marketing performance using data and analytics tools
- Monitor KPIs such as traffic, engagement, conversion rates, and ROI
- Translate data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations
- Drive a data-informed culture to continuously improve marketing effectiveness
Brand Management & Campaign Execution
- Maintain and strengthen brand identity, ensuring consistency across all channels and touchpoints
- Develop and execute creative, high-impact campaigns to enhance brand positioning
- Manage relationships with external partners, agencies, and vendors
- Oversee sponsorships, partnerships, and promotional initiatives to expand brand reach
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with sales, operations, and leadership teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives
- Support product launches, service promotions, and key organizational projects
- Ensure effective communication and coordination across departments for successful campaign delivery
