Claims, Insurance specialist (Logistics)

We are a trucking company looking for a Freight Claims Specialist to handle cargo-related issues such as damage, loss, or shortages. This role involves communication with insurance companies, brokers, and drivers, as well as managing documentation and resolving claims.

No prior experience in claims is required — we provide training.

Responsibilities:

• Handle cases when cargo is damaged, lost, or short
• Communicate with insurance companies, brokers, and drivers
• Request and collect necessary documents (photos, BOL, POD, invoices, etc.)
• Report incidents and file claims with insurance providers
• Follow up on open claims until resolution
• Keep records and update claim status

What you will actually do:

• If a driver reports damage → you collect photos and details
• Contact broker / insurance → open a claim
• Gather all paperwork → send to insurance
• Follow up → make sure the case is resolved and paid

Requirements:

• English level: Intermediate or higher
• Good communication skills
• Attention to detail
• Ability to learn quickly
• Confident computer skills

Schedule:

15:00−01:00 (after 23:00 we finish work from home)
