About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled and proactive IT Solutions Engineer to design, implement, and support technology solutions for our clients and internal teams. This role bridges technical expertise with business needs, helping drive successful IT projects and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

1. Solution Design & Implementation

• Design scalable IT solutions based on business requirements
• Implement infrastructure, cloud, and application solutions
• Develop architecture diagrams and technical documentation

2. Pre-Sales & Client Engagement

• Work with sales teams to understand client requirements
• Provide technical presentations, demos, and proposals
• Recommend best-fit solutions (cloud, cybersecurity, networking, etc.)

3. Technical Delivery

• Deploy and configure systems (servers, cloud platforms, networks)
• Lead or support IT projects from planning to execution
• Ensure solutions meet performance, security, and compliance standards

4. Troubleshooting & Support

• Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues
• Provide Level 2/3 support when needed
• Optimize system performance and reliability

5. Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain detailed technical documentation
• Create SOPs, runbooks, and user guides
• Provide regular project and system status updates

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in IT engineering or solutions roles
• Strong knowledge of:
  • Cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud)
  • Microsoft 365 / Entra ID / Active Directory
  • Networking (VPN, firewalls, routing, switching)
  • Virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V)
• Experience with:
  • IT infrastructure design and deployment
  • Security best practices and tools
  • Scripting (PowerShell, Bash, or similar)

Preferred Qualifications

• Certifications (any of the below):
  • Microsoft (Azure / M365)
  • AWS Certified Solutions Architect
  • Cisco (CCNA/CCNP)
  • CompTIA Security+
• Experience in:
  • Cybersecurity solutions (EDR, SIEM, SOC tools)
  • MSP or consulting environment
  • Multi-tenant and enterprise environments
