Oceangold Tankers. has appointed Oceangold Odessa, to recruit Tanker skilled seafarers meeting today’s quality requirements and needed experience.

O.G.T. crew department is in continuous contact with Oceangold’s Odessa office and the O.G.T. crew manager is on a monthly basis visiting the office in order to audit the employment procedures and interview the selected seafarers.

After the successful selection, the top 2 officers will visit the Greek office for final approval and briefing prior to joining the vessel, and a debriefing meeting is usually arranged after signing off, as per company’s procedures.

The Seafarers Employment and Promotion Criteria for officers are part of the company’s SMS and are strictly adhered to.

The company fully complies with the ILO (Resting Hrs), STCW95 and is in the process of being certified according to MLC (Maritime Labor Convention 1996).

A non — alcohol policy is adopted to all vessels and relevant examination/certification is arranged for all crew prior to joining.
