Outsider Archi

Outsider.Archi (Outsider.Architecture SA) is an architecture firm founded in 2018 by Cédric Loubet and Vincent Jacoby, who have been collaborating since 2014. The company is based in Romandie, Switzerland, and specializes in real estate acquisition, renovation, and transformation of investment properties and property management.

Cédric Loubet, a serial entrepreneur, has experience in various industries, including internet, food, textiles, and finance, and has been active in real estate since 2009. Vincent Jacoby, a graduate of EPFL, has worked with renowned architectural firms in Switzerland and Canada before co-founding Outsider.Archi.

The firm comprises a diverse team of architects, draftsmen, and apprentices, bringing expertise from institutions such as EPFL, HEPIA, and ODABA.
