«Energy Au Pair» — is pacing au pairs in Norway, Denmark and Sweden and became the leading au pair agency in Norway and Denmark.

We have placed au pairs of more than 30 nationalities. The most popular are Philippino, Ukrainian, Peruvian, Indonesian, Thai and Polish girls. .

We have a number of trustful partners from all over the world, who are checking the information they are providing us.

We make sure that au pairs are aware of the meaning of an au pair’s job and have information about country she/ he goes to.

Our aim is to find the right au pair for every host family. It is important for us to satisfy the expectations of both the family and the au pair.

We are assisting host families before, during and after the Au pair’s arrival ro Scandinavia.

If thing doesn’t work between the au pair and the host-family, our first priority will be solving the challenges in the best possible way. We give a three month replacement guarantee to all our families. We also try helping Au pairs, who haven’t found an optimal host-family.
