Associate

Responsibilities:

• working under the supervision of Counsel, Associate or Manager
• conducting legal research on various legal matters
• providing legal support of transactions and legal disputes
• drafting, negotiating, amending agreements and legal memorandums
• drafting proposals and responses to clients' requests
• participating in client meetings and conference calls

The successful candidate will meet the following requirements:

• outstanding academic credentials from a top Ukrainian law school
• at least 2+ years of professional experience
• strong analytical and organizational skills
• strong research and legal writing skills
• excellent English language skills (including legal drafting)
• willing to coach subordinates, effective delegation
• ability to manage and supervise multiple projects at one time
• strong interpersonal and communication skills
• goal oriented, ambitious and ready to work hard
