Junior IT Support Consultant (Ukrainian, English)

CANDIDATE PROFILE

• Degree in Business Administration, IT or last year students (4th or 5th year)
• Excellent command of Ukrainian
• Good command of English or Polish min B1/B2
• Good computer skills (MS Office, Internet)
• Customer service orientation
• Strong communication skills
• Self-reliance and responsibility
• Ability to work under time pressure

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Providing technical and substantive support for Comarch EDI clients from the English speaking market and in global projects (handling e-mail and telephone requests — work in the JIRA system)
• Organizing training for clients presenting information of our products and services
• Listen and respond to customers' needs and concerns
