Job description

Role and Responsibilities:

Respond and resolve promptly for our customer inquiries/complaints
Ensures that customers' request are completed timely and accurately by Service Providers around the world, via specialized software or vendor websites

Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle product and service inquiries
Direct requests and unresolved issues to the designated resource
Keep records of customer interactions and transactions
Record details of inquiries, comments and complaints
Record details of actions taken
Perform customer verification
Set up and manage the new/existing customer accounts; Process orders, forms, applications and requests
Organize workflow to meet customer time frames
· Ensuring that all orders received are authentic and pre-authorized according to procedures
Performs related work as assigned

Qualifications and Education Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in any field, Marketing, Financial or Management field is an advantage
Working Experience in the related field and/or experience working in an international environment is an advantage
Language required: Russian and English (Both written and verbal)
Amenable to Remote Work
