Hello
Hill Ceramic is an IT-ecommerce company who works in Scandinavian market. We work in different areas including webdevelopment, product management, online marketing, SM, SEO, customer support, business optimisation etc.
Fo this position Business / Customer Support Assistant we look for a dedicated person, who wants to grow together with company.
Main responsibilities:
- handling orders in different CRMs
- communication with clients by emails, Freshdesk tickets/chat (mainly in Swedish written form) about order status, product specifications, routine help to clients
- communication with collegues, warehouse (mainly in Swedish/English form)
- handling invoices
- working with Klarna bank CRM
Main requirements:
- Swedish language required (minimum B1/B2, written)
- ability to communicate and express yourself in English (most of our internal communication inside of team is in English)
- basic computer skills
- dedication, attention to details, passion to grow and learn new things
- soft skills
