Competence:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • English Intermediate and ++++++, Ukrainian
  • Experience in managing multiple projects
  • Superuser of Microsoft Office packages
  • Ability to learn new processes and software tools
  • Strong technical and analytical skills, attention to the details
  • Experience working with a global company. Logistics — nice to have

  • Solution-orientated (ability to quickly find solutions to problems that arise)
  • Structured (works according to a clear process, organizes and plans his/her work well, finishes what has been started, and keeps to deadlines)

Responsibilities:

  • Identify delivery issues and find solutions
  • Update the platform (through visibility and related analytics our platform identifies risks and enables businesses to address them proactively)
  • Inform the client and carrier of any changes in delivery
  • Escalate inquiries to the appropriate team, when necessary
  • Process orders, forms, applications, and requests.
  • Improve processes, every idea is valuable and noticed

  • Overseeing and understanding complex operational processes and issues, making data-driven decisions, and finding the best solutions based on clients' needs
  • Thinking strategically in problem-solving and making decisions in a fast-paced environment
