Junior project-менеджер в digital agency

Here, at the ZAGROZA digital agency, we have been developing applications, driving web development and digital marketing for European (and, of course, Ukrainian!) and American customers for 5 years.

We are looking for:

• Someone who is not afraid of challenges and is willing to give his all to achieve his goal

• Person with high personal responsibility, organized and results-oriented

• Able to plan, analyze and think strategically, work with large amounts of information

• With knowledge of the basic elements of project management

• With an understanding of the process and stages of software development, software development methodologies

• An administration fanatic who won’t rest until the team produces the result of the day.

• With the ability to build a «rhythm» in the team’s work and ensure that everyone follows it (daily, reports, planning, everything in the task book)

Will be a plus:

• Knowledge of English B2+

• Experience as a project manager

• Technical education

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop comprehensive project plans, including tasks, timelines, and resource allocation.

• Lead and manage project teams, fostering collaboration and effective communication.

• Ensure projects are delivered within scope, on time, and within budget.

• Act as a primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and concerns.

• Track and report on project performance and provide regular updates to stakeholders.

• Foster a positive and productive work environment, promoting team growth and development.
