Graphic Designer (e-commerce)

Born in Germany, we are a burgeoning e-commerce brand deeply rooted in the Amazon marketplace. As we strategically navigate through the e-commerce landscape, we’re looking for a creative and managerial maven to join our ranks.

Role Overview: We seek a Design Specialist who is adept at crafting visually engaging ecommerce listings and website designs. Apart from hands-on design work, a significant part of this role involves collaborating with external freelancers on a range of visual micro projects.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Amazon Content: Spearhead the design of Amazon listings (main block & A+).
2. Website Content: Curate and design visual elements for our website and blog, including posters and images.
3. SMM Content Oversight: While the actual creation will be outsourced, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and relevance of SMM content, including images, posters, and videos.
4. Ad Creatives: Oversee the creation of video and image ads by freelancers and agencies.
5. Multimedia Oversight: Supervise the creation process of photos, videos, 3D models, and UGC by external parties.
6. AI-Driven Design: Implement and manage visual AI content creation.
7. Optimization: Continuously conduct A/B tests to refine visual content.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, AI tools etc.
• Some experience in project management, especially handling freelancers.
• A keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
