Client Connection Manager

HedgeHog is a new generation international recruiting agency that adheres to global standards of organizing work processes. We specialize in personnel search, adaptation, and development. HedgeHog offices are located in 11 cities across Ukraine. We collaborate exclusively with verified companies, both Ukrainian and international. The majority of our clients are logistics companies located in the USA, Mexico, and Europe. Today, our client, a company in the field of international logistics, is looking to strengthen their team with Client Connection Manager.

The vacancy involves working in an office near Taras Shevchenko metro station.

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service on a high level;
• Constantly communicate with the clients;
• Provide required information and follow up;
• Take care of all the steps of the orders;
• Work with CRM system;
• Inspiring repeat business from clients;
• Monitoring and measuring client satisfaction;
• Dealing with analyzing different documents.

Requirements:

• Strong English skills, Verbal and Written (English on a level Upper-Intermediate or higher);
• Cold Call and Cold Email experience;
• Ability to make rapid decisions and understand the general process flow;
• Very outgoing and outspoken, with an upbeat personality;
• Strong communication skills;
• Ability to meet deadlines and flexibility;
• Calm, polite, and professional behavior;
• Reliable and self-motivated;
• Strong attention to detail;
• High service orientation.
