Описание вакансии

We are looking for a motivated Clinic Liaison Coordinator to join our team to work on a Longevity Healthcare project. The duties include serving as the primary point of contact between clinics and clients, facilitating communication, and ensuring smooth coordination of appointments and services. You will negotiate and finalize details regarding appointments, procedures, and services with both clinics and clients, conduct phone calls to discuss scheduling and address any concerns, manage client inquiries, and maintain detailed records of interactions and agreements.

You should have a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, excellent English verbal and written communication skills are essential, as well as strong negotiation and interpersonal skills. Additionally, you should be able to work independently and collaboratively within a team, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment. Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information with discretion is vital. Experience working in a startup environment is preferred.

Please note that we do not provide formal training for this position. Instead, we will provide clear aims and tasks, and the successful candidate must demonstrate the ability to perform independently and effectively.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact between clinics and clients, facilitating communication and ensuring smooth coordination of appointments and services.
  • Negotiate and finalize details regarding appointments, procedures, and services with both clinics and clients.
  • Conduct phone calls with clinics and clients to discuss scheduling, services offered, and any specific requirements or concerns.
  • Manage client inquiries, addressing questions, providing information, and resolving any issues or conflicts that may arise.
  • Maintain detailed records of client interactions, appointments, and agreements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment between client needs and available clinic services.
  • Provide regular updates to management on clinic-client interactions, feedback received, and areas for improvement.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures, as well as legal and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  • Ability to work in the EST time zone with clients from the US
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., healthcare administration, communications, business)
  • Previous experience in a customer service or client-facing role, preferably in a healthcare or related industry
  • Excellent english verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and diplomatically
  • Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with both clinics and clients
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
  • Proficiency in using communication tools such as phone systems and email, as well as basic computer skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
  • Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information with discretion
  • Ability to work in a startup environment
