System administrator

We are looking for a SYSTEM ADMINISTRATOR for our company.

Our company provides applications as one of the core services to all markets. There is a mix of in-house developed applications, standard applications and web solutions. The System Administrator has a key role in maintenance of infrastructure required to support applications and day-to-day business activities of company.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Infrastructure:

• Deployment and configuration of server and network infrastructure (hardware and software)

• Planning and Implementing backup and patching routines.

• Creating and maintaining documentation of network

• Monitoring of infrastructure elements to ensure stable operations. Workstations:
• Deployment and maintenance of client computers (hardware and software).

• Ensuring proper AV and Encryption operation. Security:
• Implementing of security best practices and policies in each area.

• Monitoring for possible security threats in infrastructure.

• Deploying and maintaining security-related solutions (IPS/IDS/AV)

• Monitoring environment for security threats Help-Desk tasks:
• Provide help-desk service toward end-users

• Track on help-desk tickets Others:
• Involve and cooperate with vendors as required

QUALIFICATIONS

EXPERIENCE

• Experience with deployment and configuration of Linux based OS (CentOS/ RedHat) and services (nginx, php- fpm, mysql, postgresql, iptables, strongSwan, openVPN)
• Experience with virtualization and container technologies (VMWare, Docker)

• Understanding of CI/CD (Jenkins), experience of working with VCS Bitbucket

• Experience with deployment and configuration of Windows server systems and services (MS SQL)
• Experience with backup and monitoring systems (Zabbix)
• Experience with 1C accountancy software administration
