We are looking for an active and result-oriented Lead Generator to join our sales team and build a career in the international fintech business.

Responsibilities

  • Lead search and generation: identification and active search for potential clients using various sources and tools;
  • Cold outreach and qualification of potential clients;
  • Negotiating with potential partners;
  • Fill in and maintain information in CRM;
  • Organizing calls and demos with potential clients and sales managers;
  • Reporting on work performed, analyzing the effectiveness of lead generation.

Requirements

  • Experience with lead generation and SDR tools such as Apollo, Expandi, LinkedIn, Sales Navigator;
  • Common knowledge in blockchain, crypto and trading;
  • Preferred experience — working in crypto trading firms or exchanges or OTC desks (6+month);
  • Strong knowledge of English (В2/C1), allowing correspondence with leads;
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
  • Easy to learn: ability to quickly learn new tools and information;
  • Organization: ability to effectively organize and manage leads in a database and manage your time;
  • Ability to work with a large amount of information, analytical skills, and attention to detail;
  • Proactivity and creativity.
