We are looking for experienced in spoken English people, who want to start a career in HR. We have an excellent system of training and internships! We propose to join our team and help us hire Owner Operators or full tracs drivers.

This is a full-time position based in Kyiv, offering excellent career prospects.

Responsibilities:

• Manage job postings across various platforms to attract suitable candidates.
• Conduct interviews with potential candidates to assess their qualifications and fit for the role.
• Demonstrate problem-solving skills to address hiring challenges and ensure a smooth recruitment process.
• Oversee the hiring process from start to finish, ensuring all necessary steps are completed.
• Exhibit flexibility to handle different tasks related to recruitment and HR as needed.

Requirements:

• Proficient in spoken English (B2 level minimum).
• Minimum 1 year of experience in logistics or a related field.
• Ability to remain resilient in stressful situations.
• Strong multitasking abilities to manage various aspects of recruitment effectively. Our offer:
