ABOUT THE POSITION

We are looking for experienced in spoken English people, who want to start a career in HR. We have an excellent system of training and internships! We propose to join our team and help us hire Owner Operators. This is a full-time position based in Kyiv, offering excellent career prospects. REQUIRED SKILLS:

• English: Advanced (C1). Upper Intermediate (B2)
• Capable of working both autonomously and collaboratively within a team.
• Strong orientation towards achieving results.

WORK DUTIES:

• Actively seek out Owner Operators through diverse channels like job boards, social media, and referrals.
• Screen potential candidates by conducting interviews, reviewing resumes, and completing background checks.
• Thoroughly review paperwork for company standards and input new hires' details accurately into the CRM system.
• Ensure ongoing communication with hired individuals to monitor their satisfaction with the company.
• Produce consistent weekly and monthly reports showcasing work outcomes.
