Regional Sales Manager (Sinsay)

People wearing our clothes can already be found in nearly 40 countries in Europe, Africa and Asia, and this number is still growing.

We manage a network of more than 20000 stores, and create jobs for over 40,000 employees in our offices and sales structures

Currently we are looking for:

Regional Sales Manager (Sinsay)

Location: VINNYTSIA, TERNOPIL, KHMELNYTSKYI

Main Responsibilities:

• Close work with stores in area of responsibility
• Operational support and development of the stores
• Managing, motivating and developing team of Store Managers
• Training and development of stores` staff
• Achieving KPIs of region & Ukraine
• Monitoring the market, providing initiatives
• On the role we appreciate

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience on regional positions (B2C)
• Experience in managing & developing people
• Understanding of Store operations
• KPIs understanding
• English language — B1+ (must have)
• Ability for frequent business trips
• Driving license B category, readiness to obtain it ASAP
