Our main markets: Ukraine, USA, UK, Europe, Indonesia, Vietnam, Turkey, Bangladesh, Philippines, Brazil and others. Our portfolio includes working projects with 2 million users per day.

We need an experienced SEO-Specialist who will be able to fully take over all the work of search engine optimization and show the result in the form of relevant traffic.

Projects to start with:

1. tutoring website, Ukrainian market. Project is on-air since 2016. Now it’s the second biggest tutoring website in Ukraine
2. money loans, UK market. It’s totally new project.

Requirements:

• fluent English
• fluent Ukrainian
• experience in worldwide SEO
• excellent skills in creating semantic cores and clustering
• practical experience in link building
• successfull projects, which you can demonstrate to us
• team member. No agencies!
• Understanding search engine algorithms and ranking factors.Knowledge of optimization methods and the ability to find growth points for the project.
• Confident use of tools: Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, Serpstat, Lighthouse, Page Speed Insights, Chrome DevTools.
• Ability to process large amounts of data in Excel or Google spreadsheets.

Responsibilities:

You will be fully responsible for the traffic of your projects. No bosses, no guidelines. It is you who plan the promotion strategy, monitor the quality of its execution and present the report to CEO.

• Development, protection and implementation of SEO strategies
• Managing multiple projects
• Work with Semantic Core (search for new keys, clustering, distribution of keys across pages, projects).
• Searching for backlink donors: analysis, selection, placement;
• Planning, distribution and implementation of tactical tasks for the project in accordance with the strategy in the areas of content, technical optimization.
• Search for new growth points for projects: preparation of hypotheses and their presentation to the team, conducting experiments and preparing conclusions based on their consequences.
• Monitoring the technical condition of the site using the following tools: Google Search Console, Chrome DevTools, Page Speed Insights.
• Checking the implementation of tasks with the project.
• Analytics, evaluation of promotion effectiveness.
