Key responsibilities:

• Take part in implementation of financial strategies and policies that align with company objectives, ensuring long-term financial health and a competitive advantage
• Lead, manage and control 7 directly subordinate employees in the Finance, Accounting and Treasury
• Responsible for the month-end and year-end closing processes. Monthly and annual IFRS reports to Headquarter
• Responsible for Preparation of budgets and variance analysis. Ensure adherence to budgetary goals
• Automation and optimization of processes in SAP and other IT tools
• Establish and maintain internal controls and processes
• Financial Reporting: Facilitate preparation of accurate all financial & tax reports (statutory IFRS reports, Income Tax reports, VAT, Transfer price reports)
• Payments control & Cash flow planning
• Responsible for yearly external finance audits

Key experience and knowledge:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in finance
• Experience in international companies as finance controller or finance manager more 3 years (production a plus)
• Manage a team more 2 people
• IFRS
• SAP experience will be advantage
• Excel — advanced user (Pivot tables, VLOOKUP and others)
• Standard costing knowledge will be a plus
• Knowledge of Ukrainian Tax legislation
• English — upper intermediate
• Variance analysis knowledge (bridge)
• ACCA, CIMA or other professional certificate will be a plus
• Communication skills and learning-oriented person
