Are you a skillful architectural construction Project Manager who can oversee conceptual luxury building construction projects — mostly villas?

Requirements:

At least 5 years of successful work experience in a similar position
Understanding of architectural design principles and construction methodologies
Knowledge of modern premium-class building materials and their standards
Familiarity with contemporary technical processes of building construction
Proficiency in reading technical drawings and regulatory requirements
English B2-C1 and Ukrainian or Russian language

Nice to have:

Proven experience as a PM in luxury building projects, preferably in UAE or similar markets
Experience in overseeing more than 5 projects simultaneously
Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field
You can read drawings in ArchiCAD/AutoCAD/Revit/etc.

Personality:

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Assertiveness for contractors to comply with high standards

Responsibilities:

Ensure seamless communication between Contracting/Construction Teams, Clients, and Stakeholders
Collaborate with in-house teams: PM, Architect, Designers, Interior Fitment Manager
Productive relationships with builders to optimize construction and address any challenges proactively
Visit building sites to monitor progress and conformance to design and quality standards
Ensure project timelines and maintain the highest quality standards in line with approved plans
Review and clarify architectural drawings to align with project requirements and standards
Implement rigorous testing and measurement to verify compliance with specifications
Author’s supervision of architectural plans to ensure alignment with design intent
Identify problems and suggest changes as necessary
