Job Title: Chief Marketing Officer (CMO)

Responsibilities:

Develop the company’s marketing strategy based on existing objectives.
Build a strong team within the company and partially outsourced for the implementation of internal projects.
Define KPIs and ensure their achievement.
Regular project/team management.
Close collaboration with sales department heads to ensure sales teams have the necessary quantity of quality leads.
Brand development.
Create customer acquisition funnels through advertising on Facebook and YouTube.

Requirements:

Proven experience in high-level marketing positions, ideally as a CMO, with successful development and execution of marketing strategies.
Strong leadership qualities, ability to inspire and motivate others.
Proven expertise in project and team management.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Experience in digital marketing, including advertising on Facebook and YouTube; knowledge of TikTok advertising is a plus.
Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
