    Lead Generation & Account Manager (Remote)

    We’re a fast-growing New York, USA based startup looking for a driven, articulate, and resourceful Lead Generation & Growth Specialist to join our remote team. If you’re highly organized, great at communicating, and thrive in a dynamic environment — this is your chance to be a key part of our growth.

    🧠 What You’ll Be Doing

    You’ll play a hybrid role that combines sales outreach, customer support, and onboarding assistance. Specifically, you will:

    • Host onboarding calls (In English showing the website) (screen-sharing) to help new customers get started and understand the platform. (We will train you for this)
    • Send DMs on social media to generate and qualify new leads.
    • Respond to inbound leads via social media and email, quickly and professionally.
    • Set up meetings for the founding CEO with potential customers.
    • Follow up with leads and assist with converting them into users.
    • Monitor the live chatbot on our website and reply to user questions in real-time.
    • Serve as the primary customer support contact, answering questions and solving problems via email, chat, and social media.

    You’re a Great Fit If You:

    • Speak and write English
    • Are a strong communicator who can explain things clearly and empathetically.
    • Are hardworking and self-motivated — you get things done without hand-holding.
    • Are highly organized and reliable with great attention to detail.
    • Can work at least 4−5 hours/day part-time or 7−8 full time. This is flexible.
    • Want to grow with a USA company and take on more responsibility over time and enter a founding role eventually.

    Compensation

    • Base salary: $500-$750USD + Big Performance based bonuses+ Sales Commission.
