• At least 1 years of experience dispatcher in the US freight industry (experience working with HOTSHOT, CAR HAULING and OPEN DECK trailers).
• Proven ability to work with brokers, negotiate effectively, and secure high-value loads.
• Proficiency in transportation platforms.
• Expertise in route planning to optimize fuel, time, and expenses.
• Strong communication skills for seamless interaction with clients, drivers, and brokers.
• Advanced computer skills and familiarity with logistics software.
• Fluent English (both written and spoken).
• High stress tolerance, accountability, and quick decision-making skills.
