Our client is an American transportation company that works by Western standards and grows its managers internally. We’re looking for a Logistics Coordinator to help hire truck drivers across the USA and become part of a fast-growing international team. No experience? No worries — full training is provided from day one!

What you’ll do:

• Recruit truck drivers for the US market (full-cycle).
• Communicate with candidates via calls, emails, messengers.
• Conduct interviews and explain industry rules clearly.
• Collect and verify documents.
• Update and maintain CRM.
• Handle questions and resolve candidate issues.

We’re a good match if you:

• Have English B2+ (spoken English is important).
• Like communication, negotiations, and working with people.
• Want to grow in recruitment or international business.
• Can manage time and multitask.
• Have experience in customer support / sales / recruiting (nice to have, not required).
