Our client is a modern CPA affiliate network operating in B2C service verticals across the U.S. We work quickly, communicate openly, and prioritize performance, transparency, and high-quality traffic.

📍Key Responsibilities

• Manage and verify partner payouts and commission calculations for marketing partners
• Prepare and process invoices for partners and clients
• Maintain accurate financial records related to affiliate partnerships and campaign performance
• Perform financial reconciliation between operational campaign data and financial reports
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
• Maintain internal payment tracking systems and financial spreadsheets
• Coordinate payments with partners and resolve payout discrepancies or payment questions
• Support the preparation and review of contracts and financial documentation with partners

📍Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Finance, Accounting, or Financial Operations
• Experience working with the US market
• Experience managing payments, invoices, and financial reconciliation processes
• Strong experience with Excel / Google Sheets for financial tracking and commission calculations
• Experience with QuickBooks, Zoho Books, or similar accounting software
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple financial processes
• Comfortable working in a fast-moving digital marketing environment
• English level — Upper-Intermediate and higher

📍Nice to Have

• Experience working with affiliate partnerships or performance marketing companies
• Experience managing partner payouts, commission structures, or marketing partner payments
• Experience with international payments (Wise, Payoneer, PayPal, bank transfers)
• Experience working with campaign performance data and financial reconciliation
