Remote Recruiter (Part-Time) — US Cleaning Company

We are a residential cleaning company based in San Diego, California (USA) looking for a long-term remote recruiting assistant.

Your main job is simple: find and pre-screen cleaners who want to work with our company.

This is a stable, long-term remote position.

What you will do daily:

• Post job ads on Job-boards, Indeed, Craigslist, Facebook groups
• Reply to all candidates using ready templates
• Send a short questionnaire to applicants
• Filter out unsuitable candidates
• Conduct fast 15-minute interviews
• Remind candidates about interviews
• Confirm attendance for training (test cleaning)

Schedule: 4−5 hours per day 5 days per week Flexible (must overlap at least 2 hours with California morning)

Salary: $400-$500/month depending on performance and responsibility.

Requirements:

• Good written and spoken English (B1+ minimum)
• Very organized and responsible
• Able to reply quickly
• Comfortable communicating with people
• Experience in recruiting, customer support or sales is a plus
