Driver Recruiter, Lead Generation Specialist

Location: Remote

Terms: Full-time

Working hours: 16:00 to 01:00 Kyiv time Mon-Fri

We offer:

• Starting NET monthly salary from $800.
• Bonus per each hired driver.

We Require:

• 1+ years of experience in recruitment
• Experience in transportation or logistics industry
• Strong communication and persuasion skills (sales mindset is a must)

Responsibilities:

Recruitment (50%)

• Actively source and identify potential candidates through job boards, social media, professional networks, and internal databases
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future openings
• Review resumes and applications to assess qualifications
• Conduct initial phone screenings and interviews to evaluate skills, experience, and cultural fit
• Post job openings on relevant platforms
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs
• Provide guidance on candidate selection
• Check references and assist in offer extension and onboarding process
• Ensure a smooth candidate experience from first contact to hiring

Sales / Driver HeadHunting (50%)

• Actively search, approach, and attract CDL drivers from competitors and the market
• Conduct outbound outreach (calls, messages, social media, referrals) to pitch the company
• Present Vista Trans Holding as a better employment opportunity compared to competitors
• Negotiate with drivers regarding conditions, pay expectations, and switching companies
• Build trust and maintain long-term communication with potential drivers until conversion
• Work with objections (salary, routes, conditions, stability, etc.) and close candidates
• Analyze competitor companies and understand driver motivations to improve conversion
• Achieve driver acquisition targets through proactive headhunting and persuasion

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a recruiter or in a talent acquisition role.
• Knowledge of recruitment techniques, sourcing methods, and applicant tracking systems.
• Strong interpersonal and communication and negotiation skills.
• Sales-oriented mindset with ability to influence and persuade candidates
• Ability to assess candidates' qualifications and cultural fit accurately.
• Negotiation skills and familiarity with compensation and benefits.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR software.
